Human Vaspin Luminex Assay
Capture: Human Vaspin monoclonal clone VPN-3C4 (Cat # M2016)
Detection: Human Vaspin antigen purified polyclonal (Cat # R3000)
Antigen: Recombinant human Vaspin (Cat # P4004)
Immunoprecipitation of native Vaspin
SDS PAGE 4-12%, reducing conditions
Blocking: 5% NFDM, PBS
Sample: Human Vaspin purified from human plasma with M2016
Blot was probed with 4μg/mL M2016 followed by HRP detection antibody. Human Vaspin was detected at 52kDa.
